Alertly is friendly server monitoring. Install a lightweight agent on any Linux server and get alerted before your users notice a problem.
Why we built it
Most monitoring tools are either too simple to catch real problems, or so complex that setting them up becomes a project of its own. Alertly sits in between: one command to install, sensible alerts out of the box, and clear answers when something goes wrong.
What Alertly does
- Server monitoring. CPU, memory, disk, network, services, Docker containers, open ports and pending updates, from a small open-source agent.
- Uptime checks. Websites, APIs, TCP ports, SSL certificates and domain expiry, checked from the outside.
- Cron job monitoring. Heartbeats tell you when a scheduled job didn't run or took too long.
- Smart alerts. Threshold rules, disk-full forecasts, quiet hours, escalation and on-call schedules, so the right person hears about the right problem.
- Alerts where you are. Email, Slack, Telegram, Discord, Microsoft Teams, push notifications and webhooks, with one-tap acknowledge.
- Incidents and status pages. Track incidents with your team and keep customers informed on a public status page, on your own domain if you like.
- Optional AI help. Plain-language explanations of alerts, incident summaries, health checks and rule suggestions, which you can switch off at any time.
Who it's for
Developers, freelancers, agencies and small operations teams who run their own servers and want to sleep better, without a full-time monitoring engineer.
