Refund Policy

Last updated Oct 11, 2026

We want you to be happy with Alertly. If it isn't right for you, we'll give your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, for both monthly and yearly plans. No questions asked, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt, and include your invoice number if you have it. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net, where you can look up your order.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

After 14 days, payments are generally not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so you won't be charged again. If something went wrong on our side, for example a long outage or a billing mistake, contact us and we will make it right, with a full or partial refund where fair.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your team settings, without contacting us.

Free trial

Free trials don't need a payment card and are never charged. When a trial ends, your team simply moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

Plan changes

When you upgrade, you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. When you downgrade, the unused part of the higher plan is credited towards future payments.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the right to withdraw from a purchase where it applies.

Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
